I don't know about you but drugs affect thousands in the society that I see. I think that this is a good step toward making a better future for our children. Of course we all have our own opinions about what is important.

Perhaps you can address an issue that affects thousands in our society...Disenfranchisement, specifically employment disenfranchisement! I know there are organizations that are working on the issue, however it seems that there is more importance placed on currently incarcerated individuals with little attentioned paid to those same people once they are set free. What hope is there for the stigmatized to pursue the American Dream, none I would venture to say that keeping felons disenfranchised is a subliminally imposed method of Jim Crow. I'm not into conspirises but there are hundreds of thousands that can not find a good job (career) becuase of background checks...How many years is enough?! My question is: Do you know of anyone, pushing to change the federal laws and create a time limit on employee background checks...perhaps 5 years, 10 years, etc.. An answer would be appreciated!
